SEO & Growth Marketing Associate

We are looking for a responsible and self-driven SEO & Growth Marketing Associate with a strong interest in SEO, content, and digital marketing. The primary focus of this role will be SEO execution, content optimization, and website updates, with opportunities to gain exposure to AEO, social media, and paid marketing over time.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities.
Perform on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, keyword optimization, and content updates.
Execute off-page SEO activities, including link building, citations, and outreach.
Create, optimize, and update SEO-friendly content including blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
Understand content structure, search intent, and user experience while creating or updating content.
Publish, optimize, and update website content using WordPress Admin and Elementor.
Submit pages and monitor indexing through Google Search Console.
Set up or assist with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Monitor website performance and perform basic SEO audits.
Learn and adopt new SEO and digital marketing strategies to improve quality and reach.

Growth Marketing Exposure

Over time, you will also gain exposure to:

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Social media management and content distribution
Creating simple social media posts and creatives
Basics of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Analytics and growth experiments

Requirements

Good understanding of SEO fundamentals with practical exposure through internships, training, freelance work, or personal projects.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
Good understanding of content structure, keyword placement, and search intent.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile (GBP), or similar tools.
Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor is preferred.
Comfortable using AI tools for keyword research, content generation, and productivity enhancement.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Eagerness to continuously learn and grow across different digital marketing channels.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently implement them with guidance and practical exposure.

Additional Information

A personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection are required for remote work.
Comfortable working with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and similar productivity tools.
