# Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through email campaigns, social media, and online platforms
- Qualify leads by analyzing client business needs and requirements
- Maintain and update a structured prospect database
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to improve conversion rates
- Schedule meetings/calls between qualified leads and the sales team
- Track and report lead generation activities regularly

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development
- Familiarity with CRM tools & Email Marketing platforms
- Understanding of Digital Marketing & IT Web Development services
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Strong research & organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs & Slides
- Ability to meet targets with minimal supervision
