We are looking for an experienced Bidding Executive (~1 year) who can take ownership of proposal writing, client communication, and closing opportunities on freelance marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

# Responsibilities

• Identify suitable projects and create well-structured proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
• Manage the full bidding cycle – from identifying leads, submitting bids, to initial client communication
• Write compelling, customized cover letters aligned with client needs
• Follow up on proposals and maintain professional communication with international clients
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimations when needed
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions in Google Sheets/CRM
• Work to optimize bidding strategies for higher win rates

# Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bidder / Online Bidding Executive
• Hands-on knowledge of freelancing portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, PPH, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Digital Marketing)
• Strong written communication skills with ability to draft professional proposals
• Basic understanding of project estimation & requirements gathering
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office tools
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Self-driven with ownership mindset and ability to meet targets
